HT Products - Reference Leaks

We have developed new technology to manufacture standard calibrated reference leaks to comply with new environmental and health and safety regulations with regard to fugitive emissions.

The leaks are made from highly compressed metal powder which has been sintered in a vacuum furnace to produce a porous leak element; the leaks can be made to nearly all leak flow rates.

This type of leak has the advantages of being: -
Robust and stable
Unaffected by changes in ambient temperature
Fast to respond and cleanup.
Tolerant of large pressure differentials
Able to operate at high or low temperatures
Weldable into any housing
Not contributing to out-gassing in UHV systems.

H.T Products LTD has recently been awarded a DTI Smart award grant with regards to leak technology.

We can supply reference leaks for calibration of leak detection systems virtually all applications and test gasses.

Our leaks can be seperated into three main areas:
1. Standalone leaks for OEM use
2. Complete reference leak units for Vacuum systems, and
3. Complete reference leak units for "Sniffer" applications.
