Glass TO Metal Seals

At H.T. Products, we have the facility to manufacture glass to metal pin seals.

The seals are particularly used for vacuum, to enable electrical connections to be conducted from atmosphere into the vacuum chamber.

A standard base is available to fit octal type electrical connections.

The base can be supplied in a NW40 vacuum coupling or a DN40CF vacuum flange. Part of the facility uses a 15kw high frequency induction heater to enable a wide range of seals to be made.

Non standard and small batch sizes of glass to metal seals welcome.
