Modular Design

The system included a base frame with retractable castors and wall mount brackets for simple movement and installation within the workshop space.

De-mountable chambers and sub-frames.
Treadplate plinth for access to high tier Chambers.
4 x 250KG rated retractable castors

4 x Cubic Vacuum Chambers

Provided a vacuum storage system for temporary storage of manufactured parts in a clean vacuum environment. Workshop space Was at a premium so a vertical array of 4 cubic Chambers was provided to minimise the system footprint with maximum storage space. 4 x cubic vacuum chambers (500mm) including:

Individual vacuum and vent valves.
Space for internal shelving or storage racks.
High integrity toughened glass door.
Clamp / latch handles with O-ring face seals.
